Keith Effler

CANDIDATE FOR YAKIMA COUNTY ASSESSOR

PROPERTY TAX IS BURDENSOME.Income tax is horribly unconstitutional, but worst of all is property tax. Good people can lose their land and possibly their freedom if they don’t pay. When elected, I will be a questioner, a thinker, and, if possible, a revolutionary.COLLECT NO MORE THAN IS REQUIRED.I’m not going to the county government to make friends. I’m not here to play games, but to push boundaries. I will lift your tax burden as much as I can. Let’s push back as much as we can. (Luke 3:13)TRANSPARENT ABOUT EVERYTHING.The public will understand how the WA property taxes are issued when I’m in office. We will know the extent to which we can discount them and find any loopholes that exist.I see Yakima County being the cheapest tax base in WA State!
